Something you should know about Shinji Moroi, who produced the first three tracks:
He is a musical genius living in Japan, and we were never face to face while we did these productions.
I sent him my vocal tracks over the Internet and he did the music productions.
That brings to mind three stories that are noteworthy.
First, I sent him the bare vocal track "Eli's Coming" which is a song he had never heard before. He built the entire song under my vocals and changed the order of the song to how it best highlighted my vocal tracks. The result is track 2, an incredible arrangement.

Second, the "ring tone story":
One night a while back I got a call from Cory Jacobs asking if I would be interested in doing some work with Cory and Shinji on a new project Shinji was working on with major Telecommunications company Japan. I would be singing Japanese pop songs in English, only about a minute of each song, to be used for ring tones available for download in Japan. Of course I accepted! This was a fun project, as the Japanese to English translation truly was a challenge! We had a great time recording the parts in Cory's studio and using an FTP site to upload the vocals so Shinji could download them in Japan. This was the first time I had worked with someone who wasn't in the same country! Oh, modern technology is awesome. The project came to an end just before we started to work on some songs using the same method of FTP upload/download.

And "Finally"...( pun intended)
This song has had so many productions of it, it's crazy! Written almost a decade ago, the first production of it was done at Cory's studio, the second was a remix of the track done by Shinji Moroi when he was working at "Puretone Productions" Recording Studio. This is how Shinji and I met each other. I was blown away with what he did! Then, a third production was done of the song using some musicians I knew from Studio 420 in Tarpon Springs, FL. A few years later, two more productions were done when I was working with Jeremy Douglass on a 'demo' of some of my original songs. Jeremy used some of the tracks from the Studio 420 session for one production, and just a piano and my vocal for the second. How many is that now? 5? I will never name a song "Finally" again!!! This brings us to the last and most recent production of the song done by, you guessed it, Shinji Moroi! I love when things come around full circle! I have to say, with all due respect to everyone involved in the previous productions, that this last one is my favorite.  Feel free to pick your favorite version from my player and leave a comment telling me why this is the one you chose!
